π FreeΒ Virtual Meetings: Starting on January 8th, join our bi-weekly regularly scheduled (75 minute) virtual meetings at 4:30p PST where you can interact face-to-face with fellow members. These sessions provide a free safe space to share, learn, and connect.
πWhatsApp Group: This group is part of a WhatsApp support group that is a place for people to get helpful tips, community, and support to voice their struggles to their fellow ADHD peers. This is also used as a place to request body doubling sessions whenever needed.
πGuest Speakers: Enjoy presentations and discussions led by experts in ADHD, mental health, and related fields. Learn from professionals who can provide valuable insights and guidance.
Living with ADHD is completely free to join, and we welcome individuals 18+ years old. Whether you’ve been recently diagnosed or have been managing ADHD for years, our virtual peer support group is designed to cater to everyone.
